About
We shall never cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.– TS Eliot
I like to read books. Mostly fiction but non-fiction is grabbing my attention more and more, and fiction less and less, though I do like to read fantasy.
In 2007, I completed a Bachelor of Computing degree and have worked in the IT industry for the last three years over a number of areas and positions. In 2006, I worked at a Software Test Engineer for an application development company in Tasmania. In 2007, I moved to Victoria and began work at an Internet development company as a Project Manager, but also moved into a Business Analyst position there at the beginning of 2008. Throughout the year and a half there I also conducted testing on the implemented solutions. I then moved back into a Project Management role at a large world-wide IT company mid 2008, and from there moved into a Knowledge Management role early in 2009. My plan is to continue to build my skills so that I can move into a Business Analyst role. So yes, I am a geek, I like the Internet and technology.
I have and continue to travel around Australia, and also overseas, I’ve popped into China, South Africa, Germany, Norway, Scotland and England, with many more travels on the list to complete.
I love coffee.
Music is a part of my staple diet. I also have quite eclectic tastes.
Family is a big deal and my parents, siblings, nieces, nephews and so on mean a great deal to me. I now have three nieces and five nephews and no doubt that will increase. Don’t ask how many siblings I have, too many.
Life is made up of exploration into who we are, what there is, and all the rest. I hope to write a little about the explorations that I get up to.

Until. Until. Until that Day.
And may we live today as if tomorrow were that Day.
